Apartment Antonia is an attractive, spacious flat situated in Pollensa town not far from the main square. Located on the first floor, the apartment is well appointed and nicely decorated; from the main entrance area of the apartment, a door to the left leads to the large and spacious lounge dining room which has an exterior door opening onto the balcony with views to the street.

At the back of the house there is a lovely fitted kitchen with a large gas hob, an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. From the kitchen there is a door that gives access to the rear terrace where there is a lovely covered barbecue area with outdoor sink/preparation area.

There are three bedrooms in total; one is a double room en suite with large semi circular bathtub, and then there are two single rooms both with an extra pull out bed for a child. These two single bedrooms share the shower room

From the outside barbecue there are some stairs up to the roof terrace for sunbathing and enjoying the views over the town to the Puig de Maria mountain and monastery.

The apartment makes a great base for couples and small families who prefer to be close to town centre with its shops and restaurants while being within easy reach of the local beaches.
