The house is situated on a 9,000 m2 site on the road between Manacor and Porto Cristo. The road is about 50 meters away from the house. The house itself has 3 living rooms, 6 bedrooms (plus an extra bedroom), 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and large terraces. In the outdoor area, a large swimming pool, a barbeque area, secluded, shady areas and a playground for children with sun waiting for the guests. The house itself is very tastefully furnished with heavy wood furniture and has everything you need to spend a carefree holiday.
Each bedroom is equipped with a fan. The house is located relatively close to the main road so the traffic noise to be expected.

The small village of Porto Cristo is located on the east coast of the island of Majorca about 70 km away from Palma de Mallorca. Originally Porto Christo was the port town of Manacor. Porto Cristo in the fishing port and marina is well worth seeing. One can stroll or enjoy one of the many bars and restaurants, with a glass of vino tinto.
