Casa Medina is a modern build situated in an ideal location only 300 metres to the beaches at Cala Molins or Cala Barques in Cala San Vicente It is finished with high quality furnishings.

Access from street level is via exterior stairs onto the front covered terrace and the swimming pool area. The main entrance to the house is from this front terrace and gives access to the hallway on the upstairs level.

To the left of this hallway there is a large dining room furnished with a solid wooden table and white leather chairs. Next to this dining room there is a light and spacious lounge area with large windows on two sides with give lovely views to the cliffs and sea in the distance; there are three large comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, DVD player and Satellite box with English and German channels.

From the dining area there is also a modern fitted kitchen fully equipped with electric ceramic hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. There is a glass top table with leather chairs. The kitchen has also a door which opens direct to the swimming pool area.

On the other side of the hallway there are two bedrooms, one twin and one double, both ensuite and also a small bathroom. There are further two ensuite bedrooms, one double and one twin on the lower floor level.

The bathrooms are modern (one of them has a full bath, the others have showers) and there is also air-conditioning (hot and cold) throughout the house.

Outside, there is a lovely sun terrace with sun loungers by the pool and another furnished terrace shaded by a pergola. The well sized swimming pool has roman steps on one side with cobblestone terrace and an outside shower.

This villa is very conveniently placed in a residential area of Cala San Vicente close to shops and the lovely beaches.
